To make your organizational shifts last long after the initial workshop, the follow-up process needs to get at the heart of the issues your team members and organization are facing. We work with you to define pain points and find key opportunities for transformaion. Then, we analyze your internal communications channels and build a custom content calendar that addresses your goals.

Our typical ongoing communication program lasts 12 weeks, although clients also have the option to choose a 6-week or one-year follow up program.

You’ll work with an expert from Regenerate’s team to discuss the top challenges your organization faces. We’ll build a set of key messages to reinforce in our communications, so your team members who are participating in the program can connect the ways they’re living and working to overall outcomes for themselves and the business.   

Channel IDentification

We’ll work with you to determine the best ways to deliver content to your team. The goal is to ensure they get the messages, have the time and space to reflect upon them, then are able to incorporate new behaviors or modify existing ones in accordance with the performance science and regeneration best practices we share. 

Delivery Options

We offer two systems for content delivery. We can distribute materials directly to your employees, taking processes off your plate so you can allocate your time to personal connections with your team. We can also provide content packets throughout our partnership, so you can distribute them directly to your team members. 

Typical Content

We will create a content mix for your organization based on the ways your team typically consumes and engages with media. Your custom content plan may include emails, tip sheets, quizzes and assessments, articles, slide share presentations, videos, and more.
