Deutscher Earns Korn Ferry 360 Certification

Regenerate Founder and CEO Andrew Deutscher recently earned the Korn Ferry 360 certification, which enables him to use the consulting firm’s world-class competency IP to provide feedback and insights for clients.  

The certification supports Regenerate’s commitment to provide supportive tools and resources to clients, so they can develop world-class leaders committed to sustainable, high-impact performance.  

According to Deutscher, this certification adds another dimension to the resources he can provide for clients, whether he is facilitating corporate change programs, leading team coaching or providing individual coaching for leaders.  

“We become better leaders when we have a true understanding of who we are, what we want to accomplish, and both the opportunities and obstacles we’ll encounter on the path to completing our goals,” Deutscher said. “360 feedback gives leaders a better understanding of themselves and others’ perceptions and empowers them to lead with more skillful influence.”  

Deutscher was also certified to provide the Hogan assessment, which allows Regenerate to administer and interpret the three Hogan core personality assessments: Hogan Personality Inventory (HPI), Hogan Development Survey (HDS), and Motives, Values, Preferences Inventory (MVPI). 

In addition, he holds certifications from Human Potential Academy and International Coaching Federation.
