Team Coaching

Who

Teams coaching is for leadership teams (generally director level and above) who want to align their goals and vision, so they get more sustained value out of the work they are doing. Team coaching is intended to engage groups of leaders. 

What

A combination of full-day live workshops to create a shared focusindividual coaching sessions to challenge and move forward, and group coaching sessions to ensure alignment as team members grow and achieve more. The executive sponsor(s) of the program will also have a monthly planning call with Regenerate coaches to discuss pain points and opportunities that arise between sessions, and to prepare our coaches for that month’s sessions.

Personalized Coaching Sessions

Members of the team will have an opportunity to meet individually with our coaches between team sessions to support goal setting and continued progress.

Executive Sponsor Planning Sessions

Monthly strategic conversations to discuss team opportunities and challenges and to inform workshop and coaching session planning.
