Teams identify how current ways of working may unintentionally drain energy and inhibit performance, then co-create practical Rules of Engagement across meetings, prioritization, communication, and work-life boundaries.

Across the series, participants explore practical mental models, biological realities, and behavioral strategies that strengthen capacity, balance stress and recovery, and support personal sustainability.
