Using the metaphor of “Soular Energy,” the program highlights the energy we generate when we connect with what’s most meaningful to us—our values, purpose, and authentic sense of self.
Grounded in performance science and self-awareness, the session guides participants through:
The Four Dimensions of Energy: Physical fitness, emotional resilience, mental agility, and soular energy.
The Law of Conservation of Energy: Understanding how energy can be renewed and redirected, not just spent.
