What is REST? What does performance science say about its under appreciated and under leveraged power? Let’s face it. Many of us don’t rest until we are exhausted. It’s counter intuitive and counter culture for corporate leaders to proactively encourage rest, although with the advent of performance science and a growing population challenged with physical and mental health issues, REST is gaining its long-deserved attention.
