DIVE DEEPER WITH A WORKSHOP
In our Mental Health workshops, we’ll start by building an understanding of how mental health affects performance, then do a deeper dive into how individuals, leaders, and teams can collaborate to create a more Energy-Inspired, engaged, sustainable workplace.
Learning Objectives:
- Leader: Understanding the scope of responsibility and boundaries for looking after team members’ mental health, tools for initiating meaningful conversation around mental health and pointing team members to TR resources
- Team: Establishing work norms that minimize mental depletion and stress

This program includes two segments – a 1-hour live virtual introduction to ensure teams have a solid foundation regarding energy, mental wellbeing, and sustainable high performance. The second segment, a 2.5 hour workshop, can be conducted as a live virtual or in-person session.
